Testimonials

“I really enjoyed my sessions with Aisha. What I found distinctive was that her instructions were refreshingly clear. The routine was very accessible to a beginner like myself. It was challenging though and I really felt those holds!”

Sachintha Dias

Sri Lanka

“I was in her beginner’s class and even a person who has absolute zero knowledge about yoga or body once thought incapable could still follow her instructions.”

Kelly Park

South Korea

“Aisha made me realize that there’s more to yoga… it was about my mindset and my personal goals. After only 2 online classes, I knew this had to become a regular part of my week, and I saw myself push both my body and mind.”

🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️Why do I need ba 🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️Why do I need balance?🪁Our sympathetic & parasympathetic nervous systems are constantly creating a balancing act.🧘🏻‍♀️Restorative yoga is one of the best ways to activates your parasympathetic nervous system: responsible for the “rest-and-digest” body processes.🪁Essentially your sympathetic nervous system activates body processes, and your parasympathetic deactivates or lowers them.🪁That balance is key to your body’s well-being and your ongoing survival.🪁If there’s anything I’ve seen with my clients is that our modern world is over demanding of our flight or fight response & severely under selling our rest and digest🪁In addition to yoga, here are some ways to keep your nervous systems in check🧘🏻‍♀️Rest often
🧘🏻‍♀️Eat well
🧘🏻‍♀️Practice deep breathing
🧘🏻‍♀️Cultivate contentment
🧘🏻‍♀️Recognize who/what gives you energy and what depletes your energy
🧘🏻‍♀️Train your mind to recognize your emotions
🧘🏻‍♀️Practice forgivenessWhat keeps you in check? Let me know!
